Infrastructure and core services

The following sub-processors are used for all customers and always apply.

Orca may process metadata, configuration information, and log data regarding the systems, and may in some cases contain personal data included in the monitored infrastructure, on behalf of AutoReg AS. Data is processed within the EU/EEA (Germany).
Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry)(sentry.io)EU (Frankfurt, Germany)AlwaysAutoReg uses Sentry for error tracking and system monitoring. Error messages and logs may in some cases contain personal data.

Communication Services

The following sub-processors are used for sending email and SMS/voice to users.

Partners

SmartDok may also retrieve data via AutoReg's API if the customer has activated this integration. SmartDok also performs sales activities for AutoReg AS. For sales activities, SmartDok acts as an independent data controller for the personal data processed in that connection (typically contact information for potential and existing customers). The sales activities are not covered by these Terms, and SmartDok is solely responsible for complying with the General Data Protection Regulation for this processing.

Accounting integrations (ERP)

The following sub-processors are only used if the data controller has activated the relevant integration.
